In Home Consultations

Personalized in-home visit to discuss your room project.  Our time is well spent together covering any and all areas of concern. We will review your needs and style preferences.  With your permission, I will “shop” your house looking for items that can be re-commissioned into the space.  We can discuss color, window treatments and accessories.  If you happen to be missing something, I will be happy to leave you with a list of recommended purchases.

Room Redesign

Real estate staging has been proven to not only reduce the number of times a house is shown but to sell faster and from 20% to 25% more than the asking price. Staging de-personalitizes, un-decorates and neutralizes a house for buyers to visualize their family and possessions being there. Empty houses staged with rental furnishings create "vignettes" of ambiance, seating possibilities and room-use giving, a point of reference to the buyer of, "Yes, my couch will fit here."

At Home Fashion Designs we offer two services:

1. Staging Consultations - I will conduct an exterior and interior walk through your property using the National Scoring System to evaluate your home.  Then provide you with a check list of what you need to change, repair, clean, remove and store.
    

2. Staging Transformations - I will re-arrange your furniture, art, accessories and lighting so your home shows to its fullest potential. I'll recreate your space for maximum visual appeal.

If you lack the confidence or time to choose the perfect piece or pieces to create the look in your home that you're seeking, I'm available. I can either shop for you or with you to make your decorating dreams a reality.  I will work within your budget to find you the very best price on furniture, rugs, artwork, accessories and lighting.  I love to shop; I will do the leg work so you can get the benefits of my industry discounts!

Holiday And Event Decorating

Holidays coming?  Planning a big event?  Quite often, you don't have time to do everything yourself and you really want your home to sparkle with the season or the occasion. Any occasion can become exquisite with a theme design.  We will use your decorations and put them together in ways that will be unexpected and feel magical.  We can also add to your collection for a beautiful display of any given occasion.

For holidays, events, dinner parties, or romantic dinners for two, let Home Fashion Designs arrange a breathtaking table. Everything from place settings to linens to centerpieces will be brilliantly displayed.  We will use your collections, or shop for the perfect pieces.
